The Rental Rate is a BASE rate and doesn't include the following charges:
Cleaning Fee. This is our cost to have the unit cleaned, and the amount we pay varies based on the size of the unit and the length of the stay. Monthly rentals will pay more than short-term rentals.
Reservation Fee. This fee is our charge to process your reservation. Some reservations may qualify for a cash discount if you opt to pay with an echeck instead of a credit card (not available on reservations less than 30 days from the date of booking). If you wish to take advantage of an echeck discount, email or call us prior to booking.
Damage Insurance. This $20 optional damage insurance provides $1500 of protection for accidental damage during your stay. Having this policy removes the need for a refundable cash deposit. You may decline this policy when booking by unchecking the box next to the policy. If you decline the policy when booking, a $750 damage deposit will be added to your reservation before your first 50% payment is processed. If there is no damage upon check-out, the $750 will be refunded to you within 20 business days.
Travel Insurance Premium. The Travel insurance premium is optional, but you should read our cancelation policies and determine if you wish to purchase it, particularly if your travel dates may be affected by hurricane season. Travel Insurance can be purchased after the time of booking in some cases. Click the hyperlink in the name for a brochure with more information.
State and Local Taxes. The total of the state and local taxes are 11% for Gulf County rentals and 11.5% for Bay County rentals.

You can opt in or out of travel insurance, the damage policy, and add a pet fee to bring your dog, if applicable.
