We first became familiar with the area when we visited as guests and rented a beach house, just like you're considering doing. We fell in love with the beautiful uncrowded beaches, clear water, gorgeous sunsets and friendly people. We loved it so much, we became an owner, so we have that frame of reference as well and have our property in the rental pool too. We've taken all that experience as both a guest and an owner, and applied what we learned to this vacation rental business. We provide clean, well-equipped properties and courteous, personalized handling of your vacation booking from the first contact to the follow-up email when you've gotten back home safely.
Rentals Cape San Blas, LLC, got its humble beginnings in 2006, when Laurel Eiler decided to begin manging the family vacation home, Beach Cliff (Laurel is pictured on the deck of the house with their kids, Richard and Sydney, to the left). The Eilers wanted to offer their home as pet friendly, because Cape San Blas is such a popular destination for families who want to bring their dogs along on vacation too. A few friends, also dog owners, asked to add their Barrier Dunes units to the website. RentalsCapeSanBlas.com was launched and has been serving satisfied guests since.
A Florida native, Laurel grew up in tiny Englewood, Florida. Although it can't be proven, it's suspected salt water flows through her veins, and Laurel's past employment included stints at Mercury Marine and Murray Chris Craft (boats and motors). Laurel 's background is perfect for managing vacation rentals. Customer service, marketing, advertising, accounting, public relations and sales are all on her resume. In the end, however, seeing to it the guests of Rentals Cape San Blas properties are happy and have a fabulous Cape San Blas vacation experience is her ultimate goal.
