"One of my daughter in laws, Michele, told our son Brian that this was the best away from home vacation she ever had. And, that was on Sunday! Quite a statement when you think that we have had them to Kiawah Island, Virginia Beach, Destin, and St. George Island and we hadn't even been to the cape for 24 hours. The other daughter in law is quite the adventurist. Typically, she lines up horse back riding, kayaking, hiking, whatever. Not this time. When I asked her why not, she said "didn't need to." She just enjoyed the surf and vegging.

On Monday, I told the two daughter in laws to get their heads together and tell us where they would like to go next summer. They could have picked anyplace that they wanted to. On Tuesday, they came back with a decision. They chose to come right back to Cape San Blas and Beach Cliff. LOWER FLOOR FEATURES

Our main living area, the lower floor, features a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom and private bath, additional full bath, second, screened porch with patio furniture and an additional large main deck with lounge chairs!

• LIVING ROOM -- Large and comfortable living room with Flatscreen TV, DVD player with movie collection, IHome stereo, paperback books and games.  Open floor plan into the dining & kitchen area.  The high two-story ceilings make this room very spacious.   Opens directly onto the screened porch as well.  Free high-speed internet.

• DINING AREA --  Comfortable table with seating for six, plus we also have an additional game table with seating for four in the living room and seating for four on the screened porch.

• KITCHEN -- Our kitchen is stocked with everything we think you'll need during your vacation with us.  Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, crock pot, dishes and silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils and glassware, spice rack, and much more!  We strive to start all guests off with a supply of dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, tinfoil, Ziplocs and basic kitchen necessities.  Also located in the kitchen is a cordless telephone with answering machine.

• DOWNSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM -- All new King Bedroom Furniture, Flat-screen Color TV/DVD player combination and cable.  Cordless telephone and clock radio.  Ceiling Fan.  Huge walk-in closet with iron and ironing board.  Bedroom opens onto the screened porch and has good gulf views.

• MASTER BATHROOM -- Private bath in the master suite with tub/shower combination.  Hair dryer provided for your convenience.

• DOWNSTAIRS SECOND BEDROOM -- Brightly decorated in a cheerful "fish" theme, this room features a Queen bed, twin nightstands, clock radio, TV, DVD player, and ceiling fan.  Just steps from the main level bathroom.

• SCREENED PORCH -- One of the most popular features of Beach Cliff!  Large screened porch with glass patio table and four chairs.  The porch is a wonderful place to relax, watch your family on the beach, or watch the sun set.  Porch opens directly onto the large sun deck with incredible unobstructed views in all directions.

UPPER FLOOR FEATURES

The second floor of our unit boasts another bedroom with fabulous private deck, a full bath, and a large sleeping/reading loft

• UPSTAIRS BEDROOM -- Queen-sized bed with twin nightstands, clock radio and cordless telephone.  Ceiling fan.  Color TV and DVD player.  Telescope to take to the deck and watch the stars.

• UPSTAIRS PRIVATE DECK -- Fabulous views in all directions.  Watch the sunset or the stars. 

• UPSTAIRS BATH -- The upstairs bath is conveniently located to both the bedroom and loft.  Tub/shower combination and large vanity with plenty of storage.

• UPSTAIRS LOFT -- The loft overlooks the living area and has fabulous views out to the water.  The loft also has a ceiling fan and a large closet.  There is a comfortable sofa with queen sleeper and matching love seat.  Great place to read, nap, or watch the gulf.

PARKING LEVEL FEATURES AND AMENITIES

• "Community Beach Box," with a variety of toys, buckets, etc.
