BEACHY KEEN LOWER FLOOR FEATURES

Our main living area, the lower floor, features a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, full bath, second bedroom with private balcony, and large main deck with patio furniture and a gas grill!

• LIVING ROOM -- Colorful furniture and wall decor, all new in Fall 2006, includes a queen sleeper sofa.  27" color television, new for Fall 2006, connected to cable.  We also have a DVD player and a collection of movies for you to enjoy during your stay.  You'll also find playing cards, books and games in the unit as well.  The living room features a ceiling fan for those of you who wish to open the windows and enjoy the ocean breezes.  Free high-speed internet has been added as of December 2006.

• DINING AREA --  Comfortable table with seating for four, plus we also have three barstools for additional seating.

• KITCHEN -- Our kitchen is stocked with everything we think you'll need during your vacation with us.  Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, crock pot, dishes and silverware for 12, a good selection of cookware, utensils and glassware, spice rack, and much more!  We strive to start all guests off with a supply of dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, tinfoil, Ziplocs and basic kitchen necessities.  Also located in the kitchen is a cordless telephone with answering machine.

• DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM -- Queen bed, Color TV with DVD player and cable.  Telephone and clock radio.  Ceiling Fan.  Private balcony with good gulf views for watching sunsets or the gulf.  Private deck features two nice patio chairs and table.

• MAIN DECK -- Fabulous views of the tennis courts and interior pool!  Watch the matches from true "Centre Court."  Patio table with four cushioned chairs, new in Fall 2006, make this a wonderful retreat.  We offer a gas grill with backup propane tank as well.  Added in January 2007, the deck now features gates to keep your little ones, whether two-legged or four-legged, safely on your patio.

BEACHY KEEN UPPER FLOOR FEATURES

The second floor of our unit is a true master suite retreat!  A large bedroom, private balcony, spacious bath, twin vanities, generous walk-in closet, and a full laundry room make this a wonderful place to relax after a day at the beach!

• MASTER BEDROOM -- King-sized bed with twin nightstands, clock radio and cordless telephone and desk for writing or computer use.  Ceiling fan.  Color TV with DVD player.  Huge walk-in closet.

• MASTER BEDROOM DECK -- Features two comfortable deck chairs and has a fabulous view of the tennis courts and interior pool.  Enjoy breathtaking sunrises to the east in the peace and quiet of the Cape's dawning light.

• MASTER BATH -- The master vanity features twin sinks and plenty of storage.  The separate bathroom boasts a large shower and separate garden tub.  Hair dryer provided for your convenience.

• LAUNDRY ROOM -- On this floor, you'll find our laundry room as well.  Full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.  We strive to supply you with starters of laundry soap and dryer sheets.

Beachy Keen features gates on our main deck to keep your children or your dog safely in sight. Just another way we strive to make our properties as comfortable and safe as we can for our four-footed and two-footed guests!

150 steps (that's maybe a 1- to 2-minute stroll) from your front door to this spot!  Also the same distance down a different pathway to get to the clubhouse and the gulf-front pool!
