GARY'S GIFT AT A GLANCE:
- Location -- Five houses away from the end of the street and the public beach access. The view is open all the way to the water. The canal is two blocks away and great for fishing and crabbing from the dock!
- Other Details of Interest -- "Old Florida" feel to this great beach house. One-car carport and a nice laundry room are extra features you'll enjoy. Easy care terrazzo floors with great area rugs throughout the house.
- Living Room -- Comfortable, roomy and well-appointed. Lots of seating for relaxing as a family! The living room features a writing desk and Television with DVD player.
- Sitting Area -- You'll find three comfortable overstuffed chairs as part of the "Great Room" which includes the Kitchen and Dining Area.
- Dining Area -- Off the Kitchen is the Dining Area, with a great table and six chairs for family meals, puzzles or games.
- Kitchen -- Modern appliances, refrigerator with ice and water in the door, microwave, dishwasher and flat screen TV! Lots of cabinet space and well-appointed with everything we think you'll need during your stay.
