We certainly don't want to give the impression we're running Old MacDonald's Rental Company! If you're not a pet owner, we can understand you might be concerned about staying in a pet-friendly unit, particularly if you've never vacationed in a place that allowed pets in the past. Let us try to put your mind at ease!  We don’t think that you will be able to tell that a pet has been there before your stay!

 

We are very particular and meticulous about the cleanliness of all our properties. We have monthly pest control and have the carpets cleaned at least twice a year or more. Although the families who own our units are dog owners, we are also very particular about the standards for our rental properties. The pet policy is very stringent, and all owners must agree to abide by the pet policy as a part of their contract -- pets are not allowed to sleep in the beds or jump on the furniture, for example. The majority of responsible pet owners travel with a pet kennel and keep the pet inside of the kennel when the owners must leave the pets alone at the townhouse.

Our goal is a clean and comfortable unit for your stay, whether you are traveling with or without pets, with or without children, as just a couple or a large group. We do our best to keep our unit clean for all our guests, whether they are two-legged or four-legged!
