Three bedrooms and 3.5 baths, Calypso features 4 queen beds plus a day bed/trundle. Wonderful kitchen, fabulous layout with lots of room for your family to relax and enjoy the beach!
Pets are limited to dogs only, please. Minimum stays in summer is a full week, Saturday to Saturday unless extremely last minute.
Ground Level is your parking area with boardwalk to the beach just off your back deck. Enclosed shower on this level, and about 100 steps to the community pool!
First Floor is your main living area. Gorgeous kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, fully equipped for the chef in your family! Great room feel, with kitchen opening into dining area and then opening into the living area. Beautiful views of the gulf and sunrises.
Dining table has seating for 8 (only six chairs shown in photo) with another 4 seats available with bar stools at the kitchen bar. Living room offers comfortable seating and flat screen tv as well as built-in bookshelves with more granite details. There's a half bath just off the kitchen.
Also on this level is a first-floor master bedroom with a queen bed. This bedroom has a private bath. As an added bonus, there's a twin/twin trundle, which makes your sleeping arrangements extremely flexible for little ones to stay close to mom and dad. There's a half bath for common use on this floor as well.
Second level has your queen master bedroom overlooking the gulf with private bath. There's a second bedroom, also with private bath, that has two queen beds, once again offering lots of flexibility for use by one or two couples or making it the kids' room for your stay.
The upper level family room offers another flat-screen and a sleeper sofa, so the kids can watch one their own movies or tv shows while the grownups use the main living area.
Super location just minutes from the lighthouse or the state park and yet a really quick drive to Port St. Joe or Indian Pass! Walk to a county park on the bay or Salinas Park to ride horses!
The Calypso is beautiful with the comforts of home, plus spectacular views, steps away from the beach. The decor is stunning. The rooms are large and comfortable. The porches provide both shade and sun, the best of both. The location-on the beach! We saw dolphins from the window each day of our stay. On the beach, many enjoying horseback riding. Nonno caught dinner from the shore right in front of the house! Port St Joe is less than ten miles away. We are hoping to come again soon!
