FIRST LEVEL FEATURES

Our first level features parking, deck with outdoor shower and Adirondack chairs.  Also on this ground level is a queen bedroom with private bath and beverage center.

• FIRST LEVEL BEDROOM -- Queen bedroom with private bath.  Bathroom features tub/shower combination.  Color television, connected to cable and DVD player.  Telephone, ceiling fan, beverage center.

• DECK --  Ground-level deck with chairs and outside shower with hot and cold water.  

• COVERED PARKING -- For two vehicles, with additional parking in the driveway.

SECOND FLOOR FEATURES

The second floor of this home features two full bedrooms and baths, each with a private deck, and the laundry room with full-size washer and dryer!  The king master suite consists of a large bedroom, spacious bath featuring double vanity, a claw foot tub and separate shower!  The second bedroom is a roomy queen bedroom.  It has a full private bath with shower. 

• MASTER BEDROOM -- King-sized bed, clock radio, telephone, ceiling fan, TV and DVD player.

• MASTER BATH -- The master vanity features twin sinks and plenty of storage.  There's a fabulous claw foot bath tub and a separate shower.  Hair dryer provided for your convenience.

• MASTER BEDROOM DECK -- The wonderful gulf-front deck offers deck chairs and a hammock.  Incredible gulf views in all directions.

• SECOND UPSTAIRS BEDROOM -- Queen-sized bed, TV, telephone, ceiling fan.  This bedroom has a private, full bath with shower.  Hair dryer provided as well.

• SECOND BEDROOM DECK -- Private deck for this bedroom offers gulf and pool views and two Adirondack chairs with cushions.

• LAUNDRY ROOM -- On this floor, you'll find our laundry facilities as well.  Full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.  We strive to supply you with starters of laundry soap and dryer sheets.

UPPER FLOOR FEATURES

Our main living area features a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath, and large main deck with patio furniture!

• LIVING ROOM -- Large seating area with comfortable furniture and fabulous Florida cottage decor.   Flat-screen Color television, connected to cable, DVD player and stereo.  Ceiling Fan.  Free wireless high-speed internet.

• DINING AREA --  Farm style antique dining table with plenty of seating.  Two barstools at the kitchen island provide additional seating.

• KITCHEN -- Fully stocked kitchen with just about anything we think you'll need during your stay.  Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, crock pot, dishes and silverware for 12, a good selection of cookware, utensils and glassware, spice rack, ice maker in the island, and much more!  We strive to start all guests off with a supply of dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, tinfoil, Ziplocs and basic kitchen necessities.  Also located in the kitchen is a cordless telephone with answering machine. 

• UPPER LEVEL DECKS -- Spacious gulf-front deck with patio table and four chairs provide additional seating for meal times or a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the end of a day at the beach.    Also has two rockers to relax in while you keep time to the gulf  waves rhythm.   Gas grill with back-up propane tank also provided.  A second deck from the other side of this level offers pool and gulf views with seating as well.
