LOWER FLOOR FEATURES

Our main living area, the lower floor, features a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, full bath, downstairs bedroom with private balcony, and large main deck with patio furniture and a gas grill!

• LIVING ROOM -- Large seating area with comfortable furniture and colorful wall decor. Queen sleeper sofa.  Color television, connected to cable, DVD player  and a collection of movies for you and the children.  This unit is also stocked with playing cards, books and games.  Ceiling Fan.  Free wireless high-speed internet.

• DINING AREA --  Dining table with seating for four.  Four barstools at the kitchen counter provide additional seating.

• KITCHEN -- Fully stocked kitchen with just about anything we think you'll need during your stay.  Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, crock pot, dishes and silverware for 12, a good selection of cookware, utensils and glassware, spice rack, and much more!  We strive to start all guests off with a supply of dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, tinfoil, Ziplocs and basic kitchen necessities.  Also located in the kitchen is a cordless telephone with answering machine.

• DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM -- Twin Beds.  Ceiling Fan.  Private balcony with a view of one of the fishing ponds.

• MAIN DECK -- Spacious deck with gates to keep children and pets safely confined.  Patio table and four chairs provide additional seating for meal times or a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the end of a day at the beach.  Gas grill with backup propane tank is also provided.

UPPER FLOOR FEATURES

The second floor of our unit features two full bedrooms and baths!  The master suite consists of a large bedroom, private balcony, spacious bath, twin vanities, a garden tub and separate shower!  The second bedroom is roomy and also has a private balcony.  It has a full private bath with a tub/shower combination.  The laundry closet is also on this level, with full-sized washer and dryer.

• MASTER BEDROOM -- Queen-sized bed, clock radio, telephone, ceiling fan, TV and telescope.

• MASTER BEDROOM DECK -- Features two comfortable deck chairs and has a nice gulf view.  Enjoy breathtaking sunsets in the peace and quiet of your private balcony.

• MASTER BATH -- The master vanity features twin sinks and plenty of storage, a shower/tub combination.  Hair dryer provided for your convenience.

• SECOND UPSTAIRS BEDROOM -- Queen-sized bed, TV, telephone, ceiling fan, and private balcony with a view of one of the fishing ponds.  This bedroom has a private, full bath with tub/shower combination.

• LAUNDRY CLOSET -- On this floor, you'll find our laundry facilities as well.  Full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.  We strive to supply you with starters of laundry soap and dryer sheets.
